01Who runs this giveaway

This giveaway is run by Build The Firm Co. ("we", "us"), Alberta, Canada. Questions about it can go to support@buildthefirmco.com.

02Entry period

The giveaway opens on November 3, 2026 at 9:00 am ET and closes on November 4, 2026 at 5:00 pm ET. Entries received outside this period don't count.

03Who can enter

To enter, you must:

• Own or be a partner in an accounting or bookkeeping firm
• Be 18 or older
• Live in Canada, outside of Quebec

Team members of Build The Firm Co. and Arnason Accounting & Co., and members of their households, can't enter. There is a limit of one entry per person.

04How to enter

No purchase is necessary. To enter, add your name and email to the entry form on the giveaway page, then confirm your subscription using the email we send you. Confirming lets us make sure you're getting our emails. An entry is only valid once the subscription is confirmed.

Entering signs you up for the Build The Firm Co. email list. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send. Unsubscribing before the draw doesn't affect your entry, but we may not be able to reach you if you win.

05The prize

There is one prize: access to all six courses in The Full Firm Edit suite (The Marketing Edit, The Lead Edit, The Onboarding Edit, The SOP Edit, The Staffing Edit, and The AI Edit) for 365 days from the day course access is granted. The approximate retail value is $8,982 CAD at regular individual prices.

The prize has no cash value, can't be exchanged for cash or another prize, and can't be transferred to anyone else. Access is for the winner's own use under the course terms and conditions.

06The draw and your odds

We'll hold one random draw on November 5, 2026, from all valid entries received during the entry period. Your odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries received.

07Winner notification

We'll notify the winner by email, using the address given on the entry form. If we haven't heard back within 3 business days of sending the email, we'll go to the next draw and contact that person instead. We aren't responsible for emails that bounce, are filtered as spam, or aren't received.

Once the winner is confirmed, we'll send them their login for all six courses.

08Your information

We collect your name and email to run the giveaway, contact the winner, and, since you're signing up, to send you emails from Build The Firm Co. We don't sell your information. For details on how we use and protect it, see our privacy policy.

We won't publish the winner's name.

09General terms

• It's your responsibility to make sure the name and email you enter are spelled correctly. If we receive a misspelled or incorrect email address, we can't contact you.
• It's also your responsibility to confirm your subscription. If we don't hear from you within 3 business days, we'll reach another person, who can then claim the prize.
• We can disqualify any entry that is fraudulent, automated, duplicated, or in breach of these rules.
• If something outside our control affects the giveaway, we may change, suspend, or cancel it. If we do, we'll post the update on this page.
• This giveaway isn't sponsored, endorsed, or run by any social media platform or event organizer, including Accountex.
• These rules are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
